Irene Malonza serves as the Business Development Director and the Executive Coach in the company, a role she plays very well based on her background as a chartered marketer and graduate in commerce. She is a result-oriented professional with over twenty year’s hands-on experience in general Management, Marketing, customer service, Business development and Business owner.

The reputation Klarity Consulting Limited enjoys today can also be attributed to its partnership with reputable local and international companies that offer complimentary services. It does this in its strategic effort to provide integrated organizational solutions to its customers. Internationally, the company has partnered with Central Test of France to offer psychometric tests to human resource organizations and businesses when recruiting or promoting staff, training, staff audits and restructuring.
